SER5 Pro-E High RAM Use at Idle

I have three SER5 PRO-E models SER5 PRO-E 16500EJ0W64PRO-DP/XB. All have RAM usage issues at idle where 12gb of 16gb is already allocated leaving very little ability to run other programs. Is this a known issue? What can be done about it. Happy to provide other info.

Could you please send us a picture of two lines SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Please update the chipset driver.
