Hi, I recently bought this mini PC a few months ago and now I’m having an issue with the display not working at all! Current behavior: On boot: fan turns on black screen (not even bios screen) tried on HDMI, DP, USB-C. All the same. Display shows no signal power button is on keyboard works sometimes it seems to reboot by itself or after pressing enter What I tried: reset CMOS using pin for more than 10seconds and power draining for 10minutes many displays and display cables remove SSD and wifi card enter a usb boot drive (linux) Nothing of the above works. Basically, considering this as completely unusable.

Or
Just keep one RAM inside without SSD, try each one RAM

Hi,

I think the ram is soldered in, it is not accessible from the side where the SSD is located and there is a sticker on the screw with some chinese markings, this screw needs to be removed to get to the other side. Probably I should not remove the sticker to prevent voiding warranty?
