SER12 won't boot up after a shut down

Shut my unit down to change a monitor & now it won’t start/boot up. Have done the CMOS reset several times. Now when I turn it on I get the BeeLink logo and the line about choosing DEL & F7. Can get the menu page to come up but that’s it. I’m at my wits end so anyone have any ideas?

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Here are the possible solutions:

①Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option. Please also send us a picture of the page of Safe&Exit.

②Please take out the SSD and reseat it securely.

③Please reinstall the system.
It is recommended that you can go to Microsoft official website to download the corresponding win11 PRO system file to install, this is the tutorial: https://url.bee-link.cn/74zu

Please remember to backup the data.

From the BIOS perspective, the SSD of your machine has not been recognized.

May I ask if you have a spare SSD?

It is suggested that you replace the SSD of your machine and then try reinstalling the Linux system again.

Never thought about getting a spare. Have a friend coming over tomorrow to fix it (I hope).

Where would I find one? After several tests we determined the SSD is toast. I’m using it now by booting it with a flash drive.
