The problem could be caused by corrupted files, abnormal permissions, or system incompatibility after a memory/hard drive upgrade.
Press Win+R, type mdsched.exe, and run the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool. Select “Restart now and check for problems” to rule out compatibility/faulty new memory.
If you replaced it with a new SSD, you can use cloning tools like ORICO Aluminum M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure and the software DiskGenius.
Click DiskGenius, choose OS migration, select the target disk you want to transfer to, and then start the transfer.
