So I bought the Beelink SER5 MAX 5800H back in May 2024 and up until a few months ago it worked perfectly.
Then one day I noticed if the computer had to restart, for an update or something, it would power down but then get stuck when trying to start again. The fans can be heard running but nothing loads on the screen, not the Beelink “Bee” logo or anything.
When it first started I could just hold the power button down to shut the computer off and press it again and the computer would start as normal, but over time it got to the point where I had to leave the computer off for longer and longer for it to start or it would just keep getting stuck without working. First it was an hour or two, then overnight but now it’s been several days and the computer is refusing to start.
Again, I can hear the fans, but nothing shows on screen. When you first press the power button the fans kick on quite loudly for a second before slowing down and then they just keep running without doing anything.
Pressing any of the keys to try and get into the BIOS doesn’t seem to help as I don’t believe the USB ports are working when this is happening.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated as I haven’t got a clue where to go from here. I’ve tried taking out the RAM, keeping one stick in, swapping it with the other, not having any sticks in etc. but none of that made a difference.
