I have the computer directed to an amp via the HDMI port. Had been working fine. Suddenly the device disappears from Windows 11 output devices. A couple of times, unplugging and plugging back in resolved the issue. But after a short period of time, the device disappears again. Unplugging and plugging back in doesn’t typically work.

Tried to download driver from Bee Link site. I click on the Download button and all it does is populate a Google page. No download.

Could you please send us a picture of two lines SN code at the bottom of machine?

1、You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS.
Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

2、Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one.

3、Please change the connection cable.
