We purchased 4 SEi13 Pro’s and 3 of them freeze in the end-user environment. When we use them in our setup lab, they never freeze. We put them on UPSs thinking there was a power issue or EMI. We thought maybe the NIC was the issue and the switch, so we turned off POE on their ports. We have reinstalled Windows multiple times. We used a USB ethernet adapter instead of the onboard NIC since we had seen other Beelink models have NIC issues. We moved the machines to Wifi only, but they still freeze. Now, one of them where we changed the POE setting on the switch port, seems to have recovered and has not been freezing. But the others are. We thought maybe we got a bad batch from manufacturing, but that seems really unlikely. We ordered 4 new ones but we won’t get them for another week, so we want to see if we can troubleshoot these. Any ideas on this very strange issue? Thanks.
