Locking up at BIOS/Windows recovery

Hello

My Ser7 is locking up at the BIOS splash screen. I tried flashing the BIOS, to no avail. I have tried using a Windows rescue drive, and when it gets to the keyboard language selection screen, it locks up. I have tried this close to 50 times, with no luck. I have gone as far as to buy a new USB keyboard and unplugged all peripherals to ensure it’s not an external malfunction. Has anyone else had this issue?

Please help! I need access to my computer, and at this point it’s looking like I’ll have to crack the case (which I don’t want to do yet) and turn the hard drive into an external hard drive to retrieve my files.

Sorry for the trouble.Generally, the machine can boot into the system normally.

Here are the possible solutions:

①Please press the delete key as soon as you restart the PC so that you can access the BIOS. Then go to the boot page and set the SSD as the first option. Please also send us a picture of the Safe & Exit page.

②Please remove the SSD and reset it securely.

You can also back up your data by placing the SSD on another machine.
