You could retrieve Windows activation key by yourself, by opening Windows PowerShell, and typing in it: (Get-WmiObject -query ‘select * from SoftwareLicensingService’).OA3xOriginalProductKey
For BIOS you may look here: https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER. There are two subdirectories starting with “SER5-MAX”. Which one looks like most fitting your PC?
