GTR9 PRO ETHER ADAPTER ISSUE

Hi there, I couldn’t have my 10G nics recognized from both OS side and BIOS side after a windowd recovery.
Currently I’m using an extra usb-nic instead of original two nic.
I can’t even try any driver updates since it showing nothing…

Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version .

So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS and send you files accordingly.

Here`s how to check your BIOS version:

Prese : Win + R ,
Type : msinfo32
Send us the screen.

And this is what I said the 10G NICs are both not recognized on the system.
Note: I am using a 1G usb-c NIC as of now

I am sorry for the issue , for temporary fix .
You can buy an USB ethernet adapter.
Our RD team is working on it now .

Latest BIOS was sent via PM , please check.

After the BIOS update, the situation remain the same for me.

Please try some solutions here :
1.
①Disable the NIC: BIOS > Advanced > Demo Board > “Device 3 Fun 2”: Disabled
②.Boot to OS
③.Run something that brings the temp. up to _75℃ for a while (e.g: furmark with appropriate fan profile)
④.Boot to BIOS and re-enable the NIC
⑤.Please do not remove the power supply.

2.
Please update to intel 1.30 or 1.40 firmware.

3.
①Boot into OS
②.Run FurMark or any benchmark until the NIC drops into recovery mode
③.Once the APU reaches >=75℃, wait for five minutes or more to ensure the PCB won’t cool down immediately once the load is gone
④.Turn off the PC
⑤.Unplug from the wall for two to five seconds, this is required to get the NIC to exit the recovery mode
⑥.Plug it back in and turn on the PC
