Energy saver

Hello
I have recently bought an EQR6 with Windows 11 according to the attached serial number. My problem is that I can’t get the screen saver or the energy saving function to work, the screen is on for hours no matter what I try. I have tried all the tips I can think of and varied the settings in the BIOS (see attached pictures) but without result.
So I would be grateful for any help.

Thanks for your response.
I have tried all the settings in Windows and BIOS without success, what I mainly wanted to do was turn off the monitor but unfortunately it remains on.

GS Sorry for the trouble.
① Besides the keyboard and mouse, are you connected to any other USB devices? If so, please unplug them.

② If you are using a split-screen adapter, we suggest you unplug it as well.

③ Please go to Power Options and reset the power settings.

Hi again!
Thanks for the suggestions, I disconnected USB speakers and HUB without result finally I found that when I remove USB keyboard and mouse then energy saving works perfectly.
Then I don’t know how to solve it maybe just change keyboard or a BT keyboard.
