SER8 8845HS unexpected rebooting and crashing

I have an SER8 8845HS using Windows 11 that is getting unexpected rebooting and crashing when in sleep/hibernation. I receive Critical error Kernal-Power Event ID 41 . I am running the latest BIOS, the latest AMI Adrenaline drivers, and the latest approved WiFi/BT drivers. I’ve re-downloaded them and re-installed them. I keep getting random crashing. I’ve checked and cleaned any dust from the unit - it’s all clean and has been cleaned regularly.

I’ve been monitoring CPU heat as well - but highest reading is 80c when really pushing the system.

Any ideas?

Hello there,

Your machine’s BIOS version should be the lastest.

May I ask if you have ever tested whether the RAM of the machine is faulty?

It is suggested that you can use the software MEMTEST to check if there are any bad zones in the RAM.

I have just completed MEMTEST86 (which took literally all day to complete) and it passed with zero errors. Any other ideas? I’m starting to notice the crashing is when coming out of sleep / hibernation. Any suggestions?
