SER5 No bluetooth

I have a SER5 and am having issues with the bluetooth. I turned on the pc and the bluetooth is now not showing in the toolbar next to the wireless. Nothing will connect. I tried to reinstall the driver I have.
Not sure whats going on. I have not changed or added anything.

Sorry for the trouble.

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.

Here are the possible solutions :

1、 Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . 2、Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.

3、Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

4、Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

6、 Please go to device manager, uninstall the Bluetooth driver, then restart the PC.
