Hi there, I am looking for FW/BIOS update for my SER8 H8745HS.

Existing version: HPT.8xxx.SER8.V029.P8COMOC15.13.Link

I am also not sure if I can update from v029 directly to v035.

The motivation here is to get the latest SW and slow WiFi speeds.

You can upgrade directly from V029 to V035.The BIOS has already been sent via private message.

Did it worked? I’m trying also to update from v029 to v035 to no avail. Tried EFI and Windows method it always stuck at the copyright information. @Beelink CS-Rose @pixo.sk

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.

You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Beelink CS-June Thanks , but I’m already in contact with the support team and they have my sn number and they sent me multiple update files to no avail. It always stuck at the copyright message. Honestly, they advised me to reinstall the gfx driver but it has nothing to do with the bios update! CMOS shouldn’t have anything to do with the bios update either! I believe its the wrong bios. Our machine is 8745HS and the bios update is for 8845HS! I requested multiple times to get in touch with R&D . Please check!
