Hello, i honestly don’t know what else to do, and who to contact about this issue, i’ve already tried all options to solve it, with no luck. About 2.5 months ago i foolishly downloaded a file form an untrustworthy source, it crippled my pc, my explorer on windows 11 would not open up, loading indefinitely. At the time i’ve tired all i could to fix this problem and was unable to do so, then decided to reinstall windows 11. I’ve done that not in a clean fashion, keeping a lot of personal files on the computer and using built in windows solution, just resetting the pc basically. That helped with explorer, but a new problem has appeared, the one i’m battling right now for over two months. The rendering of all visuals after resetting windows 11 became blurry: the text is jagged, and the pictures are as if of much lower resolution. This issue affects everything, the system, the browsers, the videos on the computer, the games, etc. I already reinstalled windows 11 in a clean fashion, tried uninstalling drivers using DDU program and reinstalling them, tried to see if the problem was due to hdmi/dp cables, tried checking my monitor, checked my computer for lingering viruses using several different anti-virsues, even brought the pc to a local computer specialist, he concluded that the issue exists but has no idea what could be causing it, said that the hardware is in excellent condition, and that the software shouldn’t be the source. At the present moment this isn’t just about aesthetics, my eyes legitimately hurt a lot looking at how things are rendered with this issue. I have no idea what to do, and who to ask about help, and in what kind of direction should i even be going to determine the source of the issue. If someone could help me to troubleshoot this and offer some advice, i would be very grateful. Just in case my SN: A57003BH30561, and the model is: SER5 PRO-E-161TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XB.

Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system. Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save. Hello again, i have tried clearing CMOS earlier today, still no luck, the issue persists. On top of that i couldn’t initially enter BIOS menu, only were able to do so through Windows startup options. Now after restarting the pc the starting screen looks different, i no longer see Beelink logo only AMI BIOS is written there. Other methods you have included i already tried and they don’t work because there is no issue with my display settings or ClearType. I have included several screenshot from system menus, videos, youtube player menu, etc. that should illustrate my point, that everywhere on my pc whether it’s text or pictures, whether it’s downloaded videos or browsers, or games, everything looks extremely off as if i’m using an old tv. I don’t know if you will be able to pick up on the fact that pictures and text are blurry, jagged and low quality through these screenshots, but i hope you will believe me that there is a problem. I’m gonna try later to record a video to showcase the problem. In the meantime what should be my other actions regarding this problem and BIOS?

Version 514 was used to fix the EK issue, and version 512 was used to fix the AMD Sinkclose vulnerability. You can upgrade to version 512.

I have un update, after contacting beelink support and explaining my issue, they agreed to take the mini-pc for repair or replacement free of charge, despite my warranty being out, i just need to pay for shipping my pc back to China. They provided me with the needed information on how to do that. Now i need to somehow arrange that, never done anything like this. I’m quite hesitant and nervous since this mini-pc is my only system, but can’t refuse such a kind and generous offer. Just felt i needed to post this for an update here.
