BIOS Stops Detecting NVME Drive

I purchased an SER6 Pro Max and the NVME drive will “disconnect”, the PC will reboot straight to BIOS and the NVME drive is not detected. I’ll perform a hard reboot back into BIOS and the NVME drive will be detected. I can set the Windows partition in the BIOS and it will boot up no issues. This happens about once a month. Is there an updated BIOS that resolves this issue?
