Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Hello, Today I’m trying to update the driver, but I’m having an issue. :(
According to the tutorial, an ‘Unknown Device’ should appear under the ‘Other devices’ section, but it’s not showing up for me at all. Even after enabling the ‘Show hidden devices’ option, it’s still missing. What could be the problem? Image description

I too need the bios / drivers. I just purchased specifically for the 10g nic and have no ethernet connectivity at all. Looking to try to update firmware before sending the device back.

I cannot access any bee-link.cn links as if the server is down or something. I have the same bios version that konz has

According to the picture of machine SN you provided, your machine is a 零刻 brand, not Beelink.

We suggest you contact 零刻 ’s after-sales email to solve the problem - support@lingk.com.cn

They should provide you with the corresponding BIOS or driver to solve the problem.

I completely understand now. Beelink is the global brand, while Lingk(零刻) is for the Chinese domestic market. It turns out the SER9 Max 255 I purchased is the Chinese domestic model.

For anyone else experiencing the same issue, I’m leaving this here: I was able to download the latest BIOS and drivers for the 零刻 SER9 Max 255 at https://dr.bee-link.cn/.

零刻 and Beelink are both from AZW company, but 零刻 is a domestic version and Beelink is an overseas version.
