ESXI Error

When I try to install ESXI to SER9 Pro, I get a purple screen error, which says something like Fatal CPU mismatch on feature. I tried a couple of workarounds I found on the internet, but none of them is working. Do you guys know how I can fix it, or is Ser9 not supported by ESXI due to some features missing?

What version of ESXi did you install?Please try installing ESXi version 6.7.

I made it work by using this workaround https://williamlam.com/2023/01/video-of-esxi-install-workaround-for-fatal-cpu-mismatch-on-feature-for-intel-12th-gen-cpus-and-newer.html but now it says it can’t find the network adapter. It seems the Realtek card in this machine is not suitable with ESXI 8.

Hello there,

Thanks for your picture.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

May I ask if you try change to the ESXi version 6.7 version?
