Cannot get into Bios setup (Delete) or Boot Options (F7) menu

Issue cannot get into Bios Setup by pressing “Delete” key or boot options pressing “F7” key. Wanting to reinstall the Win11 OS. I’m trying to get into that menu so can install using flashdrive that has win11 (created using mediacreationtool) in the USB slot. Please help.

Please press delete key repeatedly as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS.

In Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”, click save changes.
