windows 11 loading issue?

My ser5 could not get windows 11 loading and booting, keeping SER5 Preparing Automatic Repair Loop, and got the famous blue error screen. After restart pc, pc WITH a black screen, no response anymore. No way to load in the safe model of Windows after a Image description
restart. I could get in BIOS setting without any problem.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Thanks for response. I made one window11 media install usb drive, try to restart the mini PC from USB. Unfortunately, it did not let me start new win11 install. Give one erro “ your device run in problem and needs to retart”. Restart again and the same problem. Please check the attched pictures for BIOS verb Image description

Already flashed the mini PC sero5 AMD5500 with the up-to-date firmware (build 04/2025), scanned and formatted the SSD in another desktop without any issues. 16GB DDR4 is recognized in BIOS. But restarted the mini PC with a USB Windows install drive; still the same error “ your device ran into a problem and needs to restart”. Annoying!

Please try enabling secure boot

Regarding starting secure boot, please refer to:

① Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.

②Navigate to Security page. Click secure boot and choose enable, change the secure boot mode to custom, press F4 to save.

③ When the PC restarts, press delete key to go to BIOS again. change the secure boot mode to standard and press F4 to save. The status will become active.

The bios version for Sera201 build 04/08/2025. I tried to enable secure boot following your instructions, unfortunately the issue is still there. I never seen such a problem based on my >20years PC experience.

Got your reply from my other email for the replacement. Looks like the return address is a shipping transfer agent (181 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401). ChatGPT helped analyze the issue resulting in the motherboard hardware problem after changed SSD or memory
