Here are the possible solutions :
① Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . ② Please update the driver. We will send you the corresponding driver after rreceiving your SN picture.
③Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.
④Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
⑤.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

⑦ Please go to device manager, uninstall the Bluetooth driver, then restart the PC.
