Factory reset to return device

Hello,
I have a Beelink SER 5 Max and I need to factory reset to return to the seller.
I started the factory reset in the Windows 11 Settings, but now it doesn’t boot anymore, it is stuck in a boot loop with the beelink logo.
What can I do to solve this problem and make it boot like it was new please ?
Here is the serial number.
