Mini S12 will not boot USB Ubuntu

Mini S12-A will not boot ubuntu from USB, The USB works fine in other computers and boots fine.
I turned Secure boot to Disabled and it did not help. Then I changed it to Enabled and Custom and it did not help.
When pressing F7, I see the USB Drive UEFI…… and I select it and nothing happens.

I tried front and back USB ports. Is there anyway to support legacy boot?

More Info. Current BIOS is MINISF005 8/1/2025

MINIS12-A-8256SD0W64-B7/XB

Can this bios be set to support legacy boot media? This is a proprietary non-UEFI 32 bit Unbuntu installation which means I can’t simply use an off the shelf install.
