Random Restarts on the SER5 MAX-L-24500 (AMD Ryzen 7 6800u Processer)

Hello! I have recently gotten this mini pc (the SER5 MAX-L-24500 (AMD Ryzen 7 6800u Processer) from Amazon for desktop work and gaming. Everything will run smoothly. No complaints at all! But every hour or so it will randomly restart and reopen as if nothing happened. I thought it was a monitor issue or the hdmi, but turns out I think it’s the pc. What can i do to solve this issue?

Sorry for the trouble.Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.

1.Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.

2.Please change another power supply.

3.Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

Ok! here are the pictures! I have to send it within a link because it won’t send straight here.

I tried the two other methods (One with the fan), and it helped to run my bigger games. But when i would close the game to get onto another desktop app, the pc will restart again randomly. The other with the graphic driver, when i tried to follow the directions, i couldn’t fine “other devices.”

Please try reverting to the original BIOS. The BIOS has been sent via private message.
Please uninstall your current graphics card driver and reinstall the graphics card driver we provide.

also im not to aware on how to uninstall graphic cards and putting in a new one?

Go to Device Manager - Display adapters - Uninstall the device.Then reinstall the graphics card driver we provide.

ok so update, it doesnt restart as much, but it did like once or twice today. What other methods could i do?
