Hi, last year I purchased two SER5 SER50004 Mini PC’s and I’m having the same issue on both devices. Anytime of the day it just turns off and restarts. I’ve updated the graphics drivers via AMDs website. I’ve ran Windows Updates, done everything.
I haven’t updated the bios yet, as I’m struggling to find the correct bios download. I’m currently on bios 24/09/2025.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you
