I just bought a SER8 and I’m having issues with the secure boot, the system mode wont change to user and stays on setup, I’m also missing the Platform keys and even when secure boot is enabled it still says it’s not active. TPM is 2.0 and firmware version is 6.10. I have reinstalled it windows and repaired it twice, I have reset the bios and restored defaults twice as well. Please help me out.
