MiniSV1 not booting

I have purchased 20 plus of these mini PCs for our offices and they have worked well, except for one which is not booting and stays stuck on the Beelink landing screen. Setup and Boot menu cannot be accessed. I have reset CMOS, removed and reseated the SSD and RAM, but still not proceeding beyond the landing screen. USB keyboard and mouse have power, and HDMI monitor is working. I use this setp for setting up PCs and diagnostics all the time and other mini S PCs work well so it would seem to be this PC is faulty? Please advise what I should do.

Please change another working SSD.

Thanks for your response.
On switcing on the PC it seems there is a problem with the BIOS as I cannot enter Boot menu by repeatedly pressing F7 or Setup by pressing Del repeatedly. THe PC just shows the first landing screen as shown in my second photo and will not move on from that screen.
Any ideas what I can try now?

I have now had the opportunity to swap an M2 SSD from another unit and the PC boots withe the swapped SSD . The problem seems therefore to be the SSD. Is it possible to send a new SSD to me?

I also installed the “faulty” SSD in the known good PC and that shows the same problem in the original machine, so this seems to confirm it is the SSD which is faulty.
