Hello, I purchased two SER5 MAX-L mini pcs and they arrived on Saturday and one of them was down by Tuesday. I was playing the Sims 4 and the screen froze and was pixelated. The power button, Esc., ctrl+alt+del., windows button all did nothing. The only option we had was to unplug it to turn it off and try to restart it. When I restarted it, the mini pc came on, and I could hear the fan running but nothing ever came on the screen. The power light on my screen is flashing as if it doesn’t recognize anything attached to it. I have tried multiple HDMI cables and still no results. I also tried disconnecting the power cord and HDMI cables and pressed the pinhole button for 10 seconds and waited 10 min to hook things back up and turned it back on and still with no results. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance.
