BIOS Update (SER9-T305) not safe (WinRing0x64.sys)?

I downloaded the BIOS update SER9-365-370-T305 (64GB) today: https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FSER9--AI-9-HX-370-365%2FBIOS%2FSER9-Version3-SN-starts-with-D-T305-Note-code-update-only-for-64GB-RAM
When trying to create the USB stick, Windows Defender blocked the copying of the WinRing0×64.sys driver, so I canceled the update. WinRing0×64.sys (apparently used for fan control) is classified as very dangerous because it can allow system takeover: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/threats/threat-search?query=VulnerableDriver:WinNT/Winring0

I request a response from support regarding the following:

(Why) must this driver be included in the update?
Can I omit the WinRing0×64.sys file from the USB drive?
Is a new, clean BIOS version expected soon?

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

The WinRing0×64.sys file is a BIOS file that cannot be removed.
We suggest that you first turn off the firewall or the security software on the machine, and then try to update the BIOS.
