Can't get speaker working on SER5 Max 6800H.

I have a Beelink SER5 Max 6800H, and I still haven’t been able to get the speaker working. It worked briefly right after I got it, then I did a clean reinstall of windows pro and since then, nothing. I’ve Installed and re-installed the drivers using the .bat in the Audio_alc897 folder, still nothing. Even tried uninstalling the device in Device Manager, but now it’s not even appearing in Device Manager.

I know this is a common problem, and there’s a fix for it, but I can’t find any specifics about it. I’m getting by, as my Sceptre monitor has a speaker, but it’s tinny and scratchy sounding. Any help or links on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.
