I cant get ex dock to work.

It won’t power on. When I plug in the mini pc to the power outlet the fans on the card turn quietly. The power light still stays off. I doesnt detect anything in windows. I changed pcie speed to gen4. And I changed settings to hybrid graphics. Still nothing. I dont known what to do

Ok I got the pc to detect the graphics card. But ex dock light still doesn’t come on. And amd drivers wont install, says unknown amd hardware installed in computer or something like that.
