Intermittent bluetooth failure

Hi, I have a Beelink PC SER 5 MAX-L-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA and my blue tooth connection (to my keyboard) fails intermittently. I have tried multiple Bluetooth keyboard and still the same. Is this related to wireless signal interference issue, if yes, could you please advice me what can I do

Further, how to find whether I have all the updated bios and driver for my mniPC.

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code (two lines) at the bottom of machine?

Then we will send you the driver file to update.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
