SER7 Bios version

My SER7 seems to have a PCIE problem. So one think I want to do is to check that I am running the latest BIOS.

The issue is that I get a lot of PCI errors in the event log, and if I use the second PCIe slot (a have a second SSD in there) I get crashes and hangs. I swapped out the SSD for a new one and still get the same behavior. I ran memory diags and they showed no error. I am using the machine right now and it is completely stable if I do not use the second SSD.

Please advise me!

I have sent you the lastest BIOS file, please check your PM.

Please uninstall the chipset driver in the device manager and install the new one.

May I ask if there will be the same problem if other SSDs are replaced?

It is recommended that you check whether the SSD has bad areas, you can use the software Diskgenius test.

I have updated the BIOS. The issues are still there.
All of the issues relate to Disk 0. Disk 1 (C:) I can use just fine.
I replaced the SSD in Disk 0 with a new SSD but the issues are still there.
Now I will update the driver as you suggest. How do I identify which driver(s) to update?

The system event log has lots of errors of this type:

You can simply double-click the program within the downloaded chipset file to install it.

If updating the chipset driver doesn’t work, it is recommended that you send the machine back to China for repair.
