I’ve just purchased an EQi12 for a customer. The last few I’ve ordered had some odd Windows Update and performance issues. I ended up reloading Windows simply because it was faster than troubleshooting. Doing so solved the problem every time. I’ve had no issues doing that until this one. It won’t activate. It throws an error saying that it had already been activated on another machine. How do I correct this?
