SER6 3.5mm jack sound problem

Hi,
I have a SER6 and I am having problems with sound on my headphones that are using 3.5mm jack. Sound on the monitor is fine, but on the headphones it is both extremely quiet and heavily distorted which makes it unusable. The headphones are not the problem as they work perfectly fine on another PC.
What could be the issue?

1.Please right click window–click “”setting“—Sound—-more sound setting –click “playback”–right click speaker—properties–controller information —properties—update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the playback setting.
