SER7 pro, AX200, WiFi6 weak signal in other room

I have Beelink SER7 pro with Intel AX200 (WiFi 6 router in other room - TPLink Archer AX72 Pro).
While card shows connections up to 200Mbs, speedtest.net shows only Down: 29.08 Up 92.46Mbps (while rpi4 on eth cable to router: 604/667Mbps). My notebook at the same place: 282/185Mbs (and connection 433-544Mbps).
and It also affects latency/pings during online games.
Will changing card to AX210 (newer I guess?) improve anything ? or maybe another m.2 card (not from intel) ?
or should I add external antenna ?

or bigger internal one?

or maybe ethernet over powerline ?

also, under load (video encoding, CPU was at ₈₀-85%, reaching 93*C) WiFi speed dropped to 2Mbps, and right after finishing it, WiFi speed jumped straight away to _25Mbps….

Sorry for the trouble.

Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. Here is the tutorial [https://mega.nz/file/XypwTISY#DVT0BsjOgiPkZ-drQaj88JH9Z7f7qpKGP2E3nMHW8ms]

Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
3、Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your PC to optimize performance and reduce heat generation. Lowering the maximum processor state or using power-saving modes can help.Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.
Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other toubleshooters— internet—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver.

Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver —advanced–choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax.
Please make sure your WIFI signal is full.

8.Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–①Wlan auto config–start the service, ②WWAN Auto config —start the service.

9.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

Right click windows –go to settings—network & internet—-Advanced network settings–network reset–reset now
Please go to device manager, uninstall the WIFI driver, then reinstall the PC.

fans spin well, I can’t remove drivers etc. (it’s linux, didn’t test on Win). no CPU overheating etc, however sensors say that WiFi card is always pretty warm (60-70C, while cpu colder. for example, now, just browsing: CPU: 43C, WiFi 57C, SSD: 43C (or sensors are not correct?)
I updated BIOS recently (but the problem was before the update as well), and CMOS was cleared.
