beelink minis S13pro, keyboard stop working

Hello I have a beelink s13 pro with n150 ( SN : BN1504CH40142 the usb keyboard stops working after writing password for the first time after starting pc, the mouse is connected to the pc with the same dongle as the keyboard and it works, the external usb disk works. In safe mode the keyboard works I tried to update the drivers to uninstall the old ones but the keyboard doesn’t works

I have change keyboard with a bt keyboard, and another with usb cable all KB but all have the same issue
I tried to update all drivers but nothing has changed.

Sorry for the trouble.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
