Hi! I recently bought the beelink ser5 max mini pc 24g/500g/6800u. I downloaded roblox, discord, minecraft, and when opening roblox for example, everything runs smoothly, i keep it at medium graphics and 60fps which is the default. I ran it for about an hour and then my whole thing shuts off. I tried this multiple times and sometimes, it shuts down in less than an hour with only roblox running. If someone could help me fix this issue, it’d be greatly appreciated. Or maybe I should return it and get another? I tried troubleshooting and I also tried uninstalling the graphics driver it came with Radeon something (sorry I don’t remember), and tried to install another graphics driver from another post, was this bad to do or is there other ways I could try and fix this?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS. Have a nice day~

Hopefully this issue can be resolved because I really like this computer and it runs very well just crashes every hour. Do you think I could be guided on a call to fix this problem? Is there a customer service line I can call? I had a hard time finding the bios in the first place and I don’t want to mess up fixing this problem to flash the bios. Let me know if this is possible.

I think I did it. I didnt have to type anything out it just started loading up everything by itself with numbers and then it took me back to the choice if wanted to return back to windows 11. Im assuming it worked but if theres anymore issues I’ll contact you guys again.

I also am having an issue with the same device. Random kernel power issues as well as “Settings – Windows Updates” not loading at all.

I have 4 customers that I have installed this device for, and all 4 devices are losing power with broken windows updates.

Assistance would be appreciated

This is also the case after stopping windows update service and others, and renaming SoftwareDistribution to SoftwareDistribution.bak
