Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my Beelink GTi15 Ultra where the system does not properly power off after Windows shutdown. Device information: Model: Beelink GTi15 Ultra OS: Windows 11 (clean reinstall, drivers fully updated) After performing a normal Windows shutdown: Screen turns off Windows appears to shut down normally But: Fans continue spinning Power button LED stays on The device remains powered until I hold the power button to force it off This behavior started after reinstalling Windows. Please help me out to find the reason.

Hello, @Beelink CS-George ! Usually it is mouse + keyboard + camera . I tried disconnecting camera and leave only mouse and keyboard. Same result unfortunately. Control panel -> Power options -> Turn on fast startup -> I already disabled it. The problem still persists. Important info. The problem started to appear after Windows reinstall. Looks like Windows itself shuts downs just fine. But for some reason Beelink device keeps working.

Screen turns off
Windows appears to shut down normally

But:

Fans continue spinning
Power button LED stays on
The device remains powered until I hold the power button to force it off

Hi there,

① Are you using any other USB devices besides keyboard and mouse ? If yes, please move them to see if the PC works normally .
②Please disable startup in the power option. In Control Panel, click the Power Options.

Select the Choose what the power buttons do.

Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”

Select Save Settings.

Awesome news. After I updated BIOS from version T202 to T204, the problem seems to disappear.
But now another doubt. I followed instructions for BIOS update, it took around 1-2 minutes to complete. And in the end it said that the update operation was successful. However, after it was completed and after restarting the PC, msinfo32 in Windows still shows the version of BIOS is: GTi15T202. BIOS page also shows that the version is still T202. Is it an expected behaviour? Was my BIOS properly updated?

@Beelink CS-George Hello. Yes. Correct. As I said, I followed the instructions. It updated BIOS (took ₁-2 minutes the whole process), in the end it said that operation is successful. But the version that appears says it’s still T202. I repeated the process 2 times. Same result. Operation is successful, version displayed: T202.

@Dmitry Papka I was also facing the same issue but you have to be patient, follow the tutorial(like CMD don’t let it flash itself) & be patient leave it for 15 minutes, it will flash new bios, I was also frustrated but it worked for me.
