OEM drivers or AMD drivers?

Hi! I am trying to figure out what is better for the SER8 Mini PC with Ryzen 7 8845HS. Should I downlod all the drivers from beelink site (it contains a version from 2024) or it’s better to just download the drivers directly from AMD using the automatic detection tool?

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

We suggest that it would be better for you to use the drivers downloaded from the Beelink website on your machine (which include the 2024 version).
The drivers downloaded from the AMD website may have compatibility issues with the machine.

Hello there,

In the Device Manager, find the Intel NPU device and the camera device. Right - click on each and select “Properties”.

Go to the “Driver” tab and click “Roll Back Driver” if the option is available.

This can help if the new driver you installed is causing problems.
