SER9 PRO BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING

My AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M bluetooth stopped working with code 10 STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE.
What should I do?

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
Please try these solutions :
①Please go to device manager, uninstall the Bluetooth driver, then restart the PC.

②Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
