I have a Mini PC S12 pro, N100 runs Windows 11.
For some reason the processor clock speed is limited to 800 MHz no matter what I do.
Power mode is: Best performance.
Energy saver: Off
Even if I run heave task like video decoding it still remains 800 Mhz.
How can I increase it?
