PC doesn't hibernate

I have enabled hibernation by command prompt and when I hibernate, it goes to standby mode instead of hibernation. If i touch the wireless mouse, the pc wakes automatically. How can I make hibernation work on my SEi14 T201 bios mini pc?

Disable Fast Startup
In Control Panel, click the Power Options. Select the Choose what the power buttons do. Uncheck the “Turn on fast startup.”, click save changes.

Please check the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—check “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”
