Random shutdowns and corrupt Windows 11

I’m having random shutdowns with my SER5 Max-L-24500EJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. It just shuts down while I’m doing something important. And that may have corrupted my Windows installation. I tried to reset the PC and that always comes back saying “There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.” So, I’m thinking that I need the Win11Pro .iso so I can fix this thing. I did the Memory diagnostic and it indicated no issues. After a shutdown, I would jump into the UEFI and check CPU temps and it’s always around 40C. So I don’t believe it’s a thermal shutdown. Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Here’s the picture you requested, But how is the UEFI going to repair the messed up windows installation? I ran DISM and it reported there are corrupted files and it can not repair them. SFC finds no issues. System recovery runs and says it can not install a new image and no changes were made. The system will not install Windows update and the fault code indicates corrupted files.
