Problem with wifi 5G and bios in SER6MAX7735HS

Hello. I have a SER6 Max 7735HS and I’m having issues with 5G WiFi. When I connect to a 5G network, it connects but there’s no internet access; however, with regular (2.4GHz) networks, I have no problems.

Also, my BIOS is v21. I think there might be a newer version, and I’m not sure if updating it would fix this. If not, I’m also considering reinstalling Windows, so I would need the product key.

The 5Ghz issue is often a driver conflict or a BIOS bug related to power management; updating to v31 (or newer) frequently fixes Wi-Fi stability. Since Windows keys on Mini PCs are usually embedded in the Official Site hardware, a fresh install will activate automatically once you’re online.

Thank you for your help.The latest BIOS for the SER6MAX7735 is currently V30.

I Will wait for the support team to send me the BIOS i need.
Because i have tried so many Linux distros and i have the same problem. Is not Windows problem.
It runs properly when i run an old distro. But when i update It, the 5g wifi stops

You can also try reinstalling Windows. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC. We will send you the windows key.
