Hi,
I have a Beelink GTi13 Ultra and my built-in speaker audio has stopped working after a monitor HD audio driver was installed. The speaker output no longer appears as a selectable device in Windows Sound settings.
I have identified the audio chip using Device Manager Hardware IDs:
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_14F1&DEV_5098&SUBSYS_14F11710&REV_1001
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_14F1&DEV_5098&SUBSYS_14F11710
This appears to be a Conexant chip (VEN_14F1, DEV_5098) with a Beelink/Senary subsystem ID (14F11710). The device shows as ‘Senary Audio’ in Device Manager with no warning icons, but does not appear as an output option in Sound settings at all — even with ‘Show Disabled Devices’ and ‘Show Disconnected Devices’ enabled.
Windows says the best driver is already installed, but the speaker output is completely missing.
Could you please provide the correct audio driver download for the GTi13 Ultra? Ideally a direct link to the Conexant/Senary driver that matches SUBSYS_14F11710.
Thank you!
