Ser10 Ai 9 HX 470 Ethernet turns off after a few seconds

I have to try to disable on and off to get it to turn back on just for it to turn off again and or need to reboot but still turns off.

Olof I capped the CPU at 99% but still turned off. =/ Beelink has no fix at the moment. Any other ideas?

I recently purchased a Beelink SER10 Max from Amazon and am experiencing the same issue.

Is there a resolution to this problem/will there be at some point in the future? Should I just return the unit?

I just bought a SER10 Max last week.
This is also happening to me. Please advise quickly for a solution as I would like to not have to return this PC.

It is also showing two Ethernet connections in mine.
It happened twice to have the connections lost.

I already installed the new BIOS Firmware that was provided yesterday to fix the Windows Update causing freezing during boot.

I tried to add the picture of the BIOS and S/N but the limit of 120KB does not allow me to do that.
The BIOS build date is 08/20/2026. BIOS Version shows: GPT.4xx.SERM-1.V105.P1COM OC15.10BL.
SN is BHX476HF50109
