Problems with GTR PRO with Ubuntu 26.04.1LTS freezing

hi,
I installed ubuntu on the GTR9 PRO, I don’t like windows, but now I have two problems:

0.0759431 RDSEED32 is broken
At times, the video freezes but the sound continues, and if you are on the player at the moment it freezes, you can pause the video with the space bar, it stops the sound
Right now I am using 7.0.0-31-generic Kernel, so far it is the most stable I have used, but the problem persist.
if anyone has had this same problem and fixed it, please help me

Hello,

Open your terminal and edit the GRUB configuration file:
sudo nano /etc/default/grub
Locate the line starting with GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT and append amdgpu.gpu_recovery=1 amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0×10 inside the quotes. Save the file (Ctrl+O, Enter, Ctrl+X), run sudo update-grub, and reboot your computer.

RR Have you tried to search before posting? By your description:

AMD vulnerability - Fix: Update your GTR9 Pro (v1.0 or v2.2) to the latest BIOS/UEFI version (respectively);
GTR9 Pro - Linux - System Freezes - amdgpu Pageflip - This is for reference only as I don’t think it is the same issue you are reporting. However, newer kernel versions may provide better performance/reliability as they have newer/improved amdgpu driver versions. Your mileage may vary also depending on the window manager/compositor you may be using. I’m currently on Wayland/Hyprland with Linux 7.2.5 and I don’t experience any issue at all.
