        I need to reinstall Windows 11 Pro on my new EQ13.
        Where could I find the Windows Cd-Key?

              support1 I need to understand how to solve the issue occuring after the last windows update installation.

              I have bought this computer, after windows 11 Pro update the system will freeze.

              I have tried to repair and then to reinstall the full OS.
              Each time I do the update through official Windows Updated and it install the KB5041585 and KB5042099 the system will be corrupted.

              How to solve those issues ?

                  I have downloaded the image and created the pendrive as per your guide. The issue this time is that once I boot into this new installation I got an error NVME disc not present.

                    When the error shows up , please press ESC or enter key to see if you can skip this error.
                    Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set system SSD as the first option.
