I have the same problem with the SER5, but it only happens through Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5Ghz gives me the full speed i pay for.
That is how I have mine connected. I have no idea why it would run slower hard wired vs wifi.
Hey Beelink, instead of moving this from one group to another how about some support as to fixing this issue!!!
Hello there,
Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please make sure your WIFI signal is full.
Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other toubleshooters— internet—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver. Here is the driver source https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=, click the item model , then you can find the related driver.
Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel WiFi driver —advanced–choose property 802 ax, value also choose 802 ax.
Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . Next, restart the PC after ten minutes.
8.Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–①Wlan auto config–start the service, ②WWAN Auto config —start the service.
